I am the Co-Founder, and VP Policy & Social Impact at Pairity - a data and evidence-driven platform with a mission to use tech for scalable matching and improved outcomes in social impact spaces.

 

Pairity began as a platform to improve and scale refugee resettlement and community sponsorship, and examine outcomes around integration and social cohesion. We've grown to other social impact and migration verticals, including asylum seeker redistribution, skilled labour matching, and solutions to match vulnerable populations in shelters to self-sufficiency pathways.

Our tools increase efficiency and outcomes, offer real evidence for policymakers, and centre the agency of people involved in our projects.
